Is the English level test free?
Yes. You can answer all 24 questions and see your result on screen for free, without creating an account or giving your email address.
How long does it take, and what does it assess?
There is no time limit, so you can work at your own pace. It includes a sample of grammar, vocabulary and reading questions. It does not assess listening, speaking or writing.
Does the result give me an A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 or C2 level?
No. It shows your correct answers to these 24 questions; it is not a complete CEFR assessment or a certificate. A fuller assessment would also need to cover other skills.
Do I need to give my email or enrol on a course?
No. Your result is shown before any request for contact details. Afterwards, you may ask for a report or guidance. These are optional, separate requests, and neither enrols you on a course or reserves a place. The optional email report includes both English and Spanish.
Can I take the test on my phone?
Yes, in your mobile browser. Keep the tab open and avoid refreshing while answering: your answers are not saved in your browser and will be lost if you refresh.
How can I choose a course after the test?
