01 / WHERE DO YOU NEED YOUR ENGLISH?

Start with a real situation.
Give your training a purpose.

Context matters: supporting a client, presenting a project and joining a meeting call for different practice. We start with what you need to do.

Take part in everyday work

You want to contribute to meetings, understand the people you work with and write clear messages. Identify the situations that come up regularly in your role.

Prepare for an important moment

You have a presentation, an interview or a client conversation ahead. Tell us what you need to communicate and when, so we can consider the preparation.

Arrange training for a team

Several people need English for related tasks. We review their roles, approximate levels and availability to help plan the training.

02 / FOR YOU OR YOUR TEAM

An individual need.
Or a shared goal.

You can ask about training for your own work or for a company team. In-person learning in Madrid or live online classes, the timetable and the arrangements are confirmed in the proposal.

FOR YOUR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

06 / BEFORE YOU START

Before you plan
your professional English.

Level, goals, teams, formats and fees: questions that help you choose your next step.

How does Business English differ from General English?

Business English focuses practice on workplace tasks: meetings, presentations, emails, interviews and client conversations. Grammar and vocabulary are practised within those situations and according to your starting level.

Do I need advanced English to start?

An initial assessment helps establish what to work on first. That might mean strengthening your General English, combining it with workplace situations or focusing on specific tasks. Tell us when you use English and where you find it difficult.

Can I ask about a course for myself without my company arranging it?

Yes. You can request a proposal for your own professional needs. Tell us your role, the situations you want to practise and your availability, and we will review the training options with you.

How do you prepare a proposal for a team?

We need to know the number of participants, their roles, approximate levels, tasks in English and availability. These details help us consider the content, arrangements and fees for the proposal.

Are classes in person in Madrid or online?

You can ask about both formats: in-person training in Madrid and live online classes. Location, timetable and availability are confirmed in the agreed proposal. Our academy is at Calle Alberto Aguilera 36 in Argüelles.

How much does Business English training cost and how long does it last?

Fees and duration are confirmed according to the scope of the proposal: participants, goals, format and class arrangements. We explain the schedule, amount of class time, fees and terms before you decide.

Can I focus my enquiry on an interview or presentation?

Yes. Tell us which situation you want to prepare for, when it will take place and what you need to communicate. Alongside your level, this helps us consider the focus and the practice time available.

Does this course prepare me for a qualification such as TOEIC?

This training focuses on communication at work. If you need to demonstrate your level through TOEIC or another exam, tell us which one and your deadline: exam preparation involves working on that test’s specific tasks and format.

What is your next
conversation in English?

Tell us what you need to do. If you are arranging training for a team, add how many people would take part and which tasks they share. We can then explore a specific proposal.

Explore the next step for your needs: a stronger foundation, an exam qualification or an initial assessment.
